Video platform for wealth management firms
Every advisor on camera. Every word approved.
Cue Studio helps RIAs, broker-dealers and advisor networks get every advisor producing video without losing control of what they say. Publish approved scripts to a firm library, keep branding and disclosures consistent, and give compliance a clear trail for every video.

The challenge
Video at scale breaks in three places.
01
Advisors don't know what to say
A blank page stops most advisors before they start. A firm library gives them approved scripts to pick from, and Cue can draft the rest.
02
Every video looks different
Home-made video drifts off brand. Cue carries each advisor's name, title, brand color and your approved disclosure into every render, in every format.
03
Review becomes the bottleneck
When compliance reviews rough cuts, everything waits. Cue gives reviewers the locked script, the disclosure and the exact final files together.

How firms roll it out
Start small. Scale when it works.
- 1. Pilot with a small group of advisors
- 2. Publish your first approved scripts to the firm library
- 3. Onboard advisors in a short guided session
- 4. Expand across teams and offices on enterprise pricing
Built for the home office
What your firm gets
- A firm script library of approved, versioned scripts
- A guided recording workflow for every advisor
- An AI Twin for advisors who can't record every time
- An audit trail from script to final file
- Encrypted, and never used to train general AI models
What is an enterprise video platform for financial advisors?
It's a system that lets a firm's home office give many advisors the tools to create video while keeping scripts, branding, disclosures and review consistent. Cue Studio does this with a firm script library, a guided recording workflow for each advisor, and a review trail for compliance.
How do firms supervise advisor video at scale?
By controlling what goes in and checking what comes out. With Cue, the home office publishes approved scripts to a firm library, scripts are locked before recording, the approved disclosure is applied to every render, and reviewers see the exact final files. Cue supports your review process; it does not certify compliance.
Can our advisors use AI avatars?
Yes. An advisor can create their AI Twin, an AI avatar of themselves, from one five-minute recording plus a short consent video, and AI Twin videos follow the same locked-script, disclosure and attestation workflow as recorded ones. AI Twin videos are an additional cost, billed by usage on top of seat pricing.
Is our data used to train AI?
No. Advisor recordings and AI Twins are not used to train AI models.
How does enterprise pricing work?
Enterprise pricing is custom and based on the number of advisors. Firms typically start with a pilot group. Book a demo to talk it through.
