Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work the same way. Some are needed for a site to work. Others help a site understand how it's used.

On our website

This covers cuestudio.ai.

• Essential. Our website is hosted on Webflow, which may set cookies needed to deliver pages and submit forms securely.
• Embedded video. Our demo video is embedded from YouTube, which may set cookies when you play it.

We don't currently use analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on the website. If we add any, we'll update this page first.

In the Cue Studio app

This covers app.cuestudio.ai.

• Sign-in and security. Cookies that keep you signed in and protect your account. The app doesn't work without them. If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, they may set their own cookies during sign-in.
• Product analytics. We use PostHog to see which features are used, so we can improve them. Automatic capture and session recording are turned off.
• Support chat. The in-app help chat is provided by Zoho SalesIQ. It asks for your consent before it loads, and then sets cookies to keep your conversation going.

We don't use advertising cookies in the app, and we don't sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. Our Privacy Policy has the details.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, you won't be able to sign in to the app, and some parts of the website may not work. You can decline the support chat when it asks, and you can avoid YouTube's cookies by not playing the embedded video.
