AI and avatars
Short answer
No. Your recordings and data are not used to train AI models, including the recordings used to create an AI avatar. Recordings are encrypted in transit and at rest, and deleted automatically 60 days after they're created. The Security page explains how footage is handled.
Advisors record client-facing content, and firms need to know where that footage goes. Cue uses your recordings to produce your videos and, if you choose, your avatar. They are not used to train AI models.
