Can compliance review AI avatar videos?

Short answer

Yes. Avatar videos in Cue Studio go through the same workflow as recorded videos, so the script is locked before the video is generated, firm-approved disclosures are added, and compliance can review the exact file that was rendered. Whether and where a video is used remains your firm's decision under its own supervisory procedures.

Cue does not treat avatar videos as a separate channel with separate rules. Library scripts your firm has approved, scripts an advisor writes, and AI drafts all end in the same place: a script the advisor reviews and locks before anything is produced.

Every render carries the advisor's name and title, the firm's brand color and a disclosure slide. Cue never posts on an advisor's behalf, so nothing reaches clients or social channels until the advisor or firm publishes it.

Your firm should still decide how its policies apply to AI-generated likenesses, including any disclosure it wants on avatar videos.
